Company's Charter

The Organization and Operation Charter of Holding Company - Viettel Military Industry and Telecoms Group issued together with Decree No. 05/2018/ND-CP dated January 5^th, 2018, shall replace the Government's Decree No. 101/2014/ND-CP dated November 7th, 2014 on the Organization and Operation Charter of the Military Telecommunications Group .
The Charter consists of 12 chapters and 86 articles as the legal basis for Viettel's organization and operation.
The Charter contains specific provisions on the rights and obligations of Viettel; Rights, responsibilities and obligations of the representative of the state owner for Viettel and assignment of the exercise of those rights, responsibilities and obligations; Viettel management organization; Viettel's relationship with dependent units, subsidiaries, affiliated companies; Viettel's financial operation mechanism; Viettel's overseas investment activities; Management of labor, wages for employees of Viettel; Reorganization, diversification of ownership, dissolution, bankruptcy of Viettel; Viettel's books and records; Resolution of internal disputes and amendments and supplements to Viettel's Organization and Operation Charter.
