The above information was announced at Vietnam Digital Awards 2021 (VDA 2021) ceremony organized by Vietnam Digital Communication Association on December 9th, 2021 in Hanoi.
Sponsored by the Ministry of Information and Communications, VDCA 2021 aims to honour outstanding digital achievements by individuals, businesses, and State agencies that contribute to accelerating the national digital transformation.
53 out of 300 entries were selected to present awards. Among these, Viettel won 5 out of 42 awards for non-state sectors in 3 categories: Excellent Digital Transformation Enterprise, Typical Digital Transformation Products and Solutions, and Products and Solutions to bridge the digital gap.
VDA 2021 Organizing Committee highly appreciates the outstanding efforts of many units with useful products and applications for the community during the Covid-19 pandemic, including Viettel's digital transformation solutions for the health sector.
Two awards in the health sector presented to Viettel include the V20 grassroots health information management platform and the Ourhealth platform. These are the solutions in the comprehensive digital ecosystem developed by Viettel to facilitate overall and comprehensive management of medical examination and treatment activities in addition to supporting millions of people to connect to the healthcare network nationwide.
Viettel Post Joint Stock Corporation (VTPost) won 2 awards in VDA 2021 with Viettel Post Digital Ecosystem and Vỏ Sò (Seashell) E-commerce Platform.
As a leading e-commerce platform for agricultural products, Vỏ Sò has supported and promoted the development of the digital economy in agriculture and rural areas, helping connect over 2.5 million farmer households to e-commerce platforms and expand the market.
Another product honored is Viettel Machine Learning Platform-vMLP which enables enterprises to build, deploy, manage and optimize machine learning models, thereby improving production and business efficiency.
Since its participation in Vietnam Digital Awards in 2019, Viettel has won 15 awards for outstanding digital transformation achievements, contributing to promoting the national digital transformation.
