Viettel’s support team is divided into 3 groups participating in the support from the City level to each vaccination point at wards. The first group consists of 20 persons who coordinate with the Vaccination Steering Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and take charge of operating the general plan, ensuring the general operation of the whole system as well as handling problems arising during the operation.

The second group consists of 30 persons who are allocated to 22 districts and take charge of training local forces in the use of vaccination software, supporting data processing and arising tasks.

The third group consists of 100 employees who directly go to fixed and mobile vaccination points to guide and support the people, to enter data of screening examination, injection results and post-injection reactions into the system.

Mr. Ngo Vinh Quy, Deputy General Director of Viettel Business Solutions Corporation, Viettel’s representative who directly direct the support team in Ho Chi Minh City said: “As a key technology group of the country, Viettel is aware that supporting the country and the people in fighting against the COVID-19 pandemic is our important task. Viettel will make every effort to ensure the stable operation of the platform, contributing to the campaign success. This is the basis for expanding the vaccination campaign nationwide in the current complicated situation of the pandemic.”
 

The National COVID-19 Vaccination Management Platform is built and developed by Viettel Group, consisting of 4 systems: Electronic Health Book App, COVID-19 Vaccination Portal, National Vaccination Support System, Medical Command Center (MCC). The platform database is centrally managed, which meets the standards of synchronization and transparency of information from the people to management agencies.
 

This platform has been put into operation in 63/63 provinces and cities nationwide and will continue to be deployed nationwide in the coming time. This platform helps the people actively and conveniently participate in vaccination. The entire process from vaccination registration with history lookup to vaccination results can be manipulated through the Electronic Health Book App or the COVID-19 Vaccination Portal.
