With the brand value estimated as 8.8 billion USD, Viettel Group continues to maintain its position as the most valuable brand in Vietnam for 7 consecutive years. The brand valuation was announced by Brand Finance, the world's leading independent brand valuation consultancy.
In top 50 most valuable brands in Vietnam, Viettel ranked first with the value 3 times higher than the second and third brand. With the value of nearly $8.8 billion, Viettel's brand value accounts for nearly 36% of the total value of the 10 most valuable brands in Vietnam ($24.42 billion).
Along with the outstanding growth in production and business amid the economic difficulties, Viettel is highly appreciated for sustainability-centered activities. According to research of Brand Finance in 40 countries, Viettel is the brand with highest sustainability awareness among telecommunications providers in Vietnam.
In the first 6 months of 2022, Viettel posed revenue of over 3.3 billion USD, up 6.6% over the same period. Viettel's service revenue reached nearly over 3 billion USD, up 11.6%. Viettel's pre-tax profit reached 1.1 billion USD, up 21.7% over the same period.
