From nearly 50,000 staff and employees, Viettel’s Stars 2021 selected eight best teams and eight best individuals to honor. Viettel’s Stars awardees created new solutions, initiatives, products and upheld the Group’s values.
The total value of the awards in 2021 is over VND 2.5 billion. Each individual/team receives VND 100 million. In addition, Viettel also offered each selected individual an overseas training course worth VND 100 million.
In 2021, Viettel Group maintained business results and ensured safety for its employees while being the leading enterprise in supporting the Government, the people, and businesses to overcome the pandemic.

This year’s awards aim to honor teams and individuals who have achieved the dual targets of pandemic prevention and economic development. The awards also recognize achievements in researching and manufacturing high-tech devices, digital solutions, and cyber security and safety.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Tao Duc Thang, Chairman and General Director of Viettel, stressed that Viettel’s members should increase their desire and aspiration and continue to conquer new heights to build the Group stronger and improve Vietnam’s position in the global arena.
Viettel’s Stars Awards are part of Viettel’s efforts to recognize and honor talents, create an attractive working environment, and maintain high-quality human resources for the digital transformation strategy. In the 2020-2025 period, Viettel plans to become a “Talent-hub” – the best working place for high-quality human resources, ranked 1st among Vietnamese enterprises and in the Top 10 of Asian.
