This year, 46,270 employees from 622 businesses in Vietnam participated in a survey to evaluate the level of employee engagement with the working place, from which 120 best places to work were selected.

HR Asia's survey is based on the Total Engagement Assessment Model (T.E.A.M) which includes rigorous criteria such as: CORE (collective organisation for real engagement) assesses culture, discipline, management capacity, leadership, and agile initiatives; SELF (Heart, Mind, Soul) assesses the level of cohesion, pride, and emotion at work and finally, GROUP (Think, Feel, Do) measures the level of cooperation between members within the business. To win the award, businesses need to demonstrate excellence in leadership and organization, culture and ethics. Besides, businesses also need to promote cohesion, work aspirations and trust in employees.

According to the survey, Viettel has shown breakthroughs in promoting a diverse and inclusive corporate culture, creating equal opportunities for all employees. Viettel scored outstandingly high in talent training and development, building corporate culture, and encouraging creativity beyond limits.

Doan Dai Phong - Deputy General Director of Viettel Digital Service Corporation on behalf of Viettel Group received the trophy from HRAsia.

This is the second consecutive year that Viettel has been honored as Asia's Best Place to Work. Amid the pandemic, despite of difficulties and instability, Viettel still maintained an overall growth rate of 3.35 in 2021 and 6.6% in the first half of 2022. Viettel maintains the Top 1 brand value in Southeast Asia, No. 27 in Asia. Viettel's success mainly comes from the process of digital transformation within the group and the strategy of creating digital solutions for society.
