This year, 46,270 employees from 622 businesses in Vietnam participated in a survey to evaluate the level of employee engagement with the working place, from which 120 best places to work were selected.
HR Asia's survey is based on the Total Engagement Assessment Model (T.E.A.M) which includes rigorous criteria such as: CORE (collective organisation for real engagement) assesses culture, discipline, management capacity, leadership, and agile initiatives; SELF (Heart, Mind, Soul) assesses the level of cohesion, pride, and emotion at work and finally, GROUP (Think, Feel, Do) measures the level of cooperation between members within the business. To win the award, businesses need to demonstrate excellence in leadership and organization, culture and ethics. Besides, businesses also need to promote cohesion, work aspirations and trust in employees.
According to the survey, Viettel has shown breakthroughs in promoting a diverse and inclusive corporate culture, creating equal opportunities for all employees. Viettel scored outstandingly high in talent training and development, building corporate culture, and encouraging creativity beyond limits.
