The signing ceremony took place in Dubai during a business session between Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and companies from both nations.
According to the agreement, Viettel AI and Presight will collaborate on developing generative AI (AI capable of creating images, text, and videos based on existing data), AI solutions for smart city operations, big data analytics solutions for enterprises, and AI talent development.
During the meeting, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh expressed that Vietnam and the UAE are increasingly connected through telecommunications and fiber optics and could soon be even more closely linked through artificial intelligence.
Nguyen Manh Quy, CEO of Viettel AI, shared: “With our expertise in core technologies like AI, Big Data, Robotics, and Digital Twin, coupled with Viettel’s experience in deploying national AI platforms and projects, along with Presight’s advanced market knowledge and technology, we are confident in creating new breakthroughs in AI and expanding into international markets. Focusing on local language-based products and services will enable us to deliver better experiences for users in each country.”
