In particular, Viettel has been voted as the most attractive employer brand for Vietnamese students in Electricity - Electronics - Telecommunications - Automation. Viettel is also in the list of three employers most favored by Information Technology students.

Under Anphabe’s large scale survey, nearly 13,700 students of ten majorities from 120 top universities nationwide selected 50 most attractive employer brands for GenZ from 350 domestic and international businesses.Viettel received the certificate of Top 50 Best Employer of Choice 2022 by Vietnamese student from Anphabe. 

Previously, between 2017 and 2021, Viettel was continuously honored in Anphabe's survey categories such as "Vietnam's Best Working Place in Telecommunications - Infrastructure - IT.”
