Viettel has employed around 4,200 people in the high-tech field in the previous five years with an average age of 24. The Group currently has 40% of its leaders and managers under 35 years old.
Mr. Le Dang Dung, Viettel Group’s Acting Chairman, and General Director expressed his belief that Viettel, the most influential Vietnamese enterprise in innovation in South Asia and Southeast Asia in 2021, will be a great workplace for young talents.
All activities and technological solutions aimed at building Vietnam's digital society are welcomed by Viettel. He emphasized that it is also a place for young people to build their brands nationally and internationally.
By 2025, Viettel targets to become a leading Talent-hub, ranking No.1 among Vietnamese enterprises and Top 10 Asian enterprises in attracting human resources in the high-tech industry sector.
Viettel is currently in comprehensive cooperation with many universities, such as HUST, HNUE, PTIT to promote digital transformation in education, human resources training, and development in addition to scientific research.
